Rainbow Bee Eaters construct their nests in carefully dug burrows on banks or cliffs, creating a safe and cozy haven for their young. With their stunning rainbow plumage displaying shades of green, blue, orange, and yellow, Rainbow Bee Eaters are truly a captivating sight in the Bulga Forest. While observing them, I noticed them indulging in a snack of Paper wasps flying towards the nests attached to the eves of the house. This particular Rainbow Bee Eater appears young, as its colors are not yet fully vibrant. At one point, I counted four of them together.
