The Rough barked Angophora is currently experiencing a delayed flowering in 2024, unlike previous years, this delightful occurrence often synchronizes with festive Christmas parties, as the trees generously adorn themselves with an abundance of cream-colored blossoms. It is worth noting that these particular angophora only bloom every three years in the Bulga Forest. The trees have come alive with the buzzing of bees and scatter their delicate stamens across every surface. The hot days of 36 degrees don’t seem to slow the bees down.
