About Possumhall Studio
Climate Concern
Here at Possumhall studio we are very concerned with the changing environment
The 2019 fires decimated thousands of hectares of surrounding bushland. The floods in 2020 then washing away roads and access for months.
Renewable Energy
Possumhall studio is off grid and solar powered , the heating and cooling by reverse cycle airconditioning, and a wood fired combustion stove fueled buy the properties windfall and damaged trees.
Sustainable Gardens
The Studio is serviced with three large vegepods and there is a 150m2 garden being developed on the opposite ridge next to a communication hut : Possumhut
Wildlife Conservation
Possumhall has a in perptuity Biodiversity Conservation agreement that is registered on the title, which means the agreement travels with the propertyif it is ever sold.
